Payment information

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about registration, monthly invoices and payment timelines.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. A one-time registration fee of $100 applies when a student enrols.

When are invoices sent?

Invoices are sent on the first day of each month.

When is payment due?

Payment should be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

What happens if a student joins midway through a month?

The first invoice will be adjusted for that month only. Regular monthly billing will begin from the following month.

What happens if a student misses a lesson?

The student may join another suitable lesson slot, subject to availability. If that is not possible, the teacher will provide the lesson materials and liaise with the student to help them catch up. Missed lessons are not refundable and do not qualify for credits, fee reductions or cash alternatives.

Is there a late payment charge?

A $50 late charge applies unless a parent or guardian lets us know in advance that payment will be delayed.

What happens if payment remains outstanding?

If payment has not been made after two classes, the student will be suspended from attending further lessons. This does not apply when a parent or guardian has contacted us in advance about a temporary payment delay, such as while overseas.
